How to Get to Villa Kalliste Kefalonia

Flights from the UK: There are 5 main airlines operating between April and October from airports within the UK, direct to the island of Kefalonia.

Easyjet, ThomsonFly, Monarch and Thomas Cook fly from various UK airports. Ryanair now flies also from London Stansted.

Outside of these times you can fly to Athens and then take the scheduled Olympic Airways flight to Kefalonia.

Flights from Italy to Kefalonia: Ryanair flies to Kefalonia between April and October from Pisa and Bergamo. (www.ryanair.com)

Flights from Athens to Kefalonia: Olympic Airways flies to and from Kefalonia twice daily in the summer season and five times per week out of season.

By Ferry

Ferry services from Italy to Kefalonia : In July and August there is a ferry service linking Brindisi (Italy) directly with Sami on the east coast of Kefalonia (Strintzi and Endeavour lines).

Outside of these times you can catch the ferry from Brindisi and Bari to Patras on mainland Greece and then connect at Patras with the Strintzi ferry to Sami, Kefalonia.

Ferry Services to Kefalonia from Greece :

Patras: There are regular car ferry/foot passenger services from Patras to Sami

Killini: Regular services operate from Killini on the mainland to Poros on the south east side of Kefalonia with  Strintzi Lines.

Zakynthos: There is a twice daily summer car ferry service (June to September) linking Skinari, Zakynthos (Zante) with Pessada in the south of Kefalonia

Ithaca: There are also regular car ferry services between Ithaca and Sami.
